이용약관
1. 목적 및 동의
본 약관은 그림일기(이하 "서비스") 이용에 관한 운영자와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다. 서비스를 설치·이용함으로써 이용자는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
2. 서비스 이용 라이선스
운영자는 이용자에게 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 양도 불가능한 제한적 라이선스를 부여합니다. 이용자는 서비스를 역설계·복제·재배포하거나 법령에 위반되는 용도로 사용할 수 없습니다.
3. 구독 및 결제
- 서비스는 광고 제거, iCloud 동기화, 신규 기능 우선 제공 등을 포함하는 프리미엄 구독(월간/연간)을 제공합니다.
- 모든 결제는 Apple App Store를 통해 처리되며, 요금·무료 체험 기간·갱신 조건은 결제 화면에 표시됩니다.
- 구독은 현재 기간 종료 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신되며, 갱신 요금이 청구됩니다.
- 무료 체험이 제공되는 경우, 체험 종료 전 해지하지 않으면 유료 구독으로 전환됩니다.
- 구독 관리 및 해지는 기기의 App Store 계정 설정에서 할 수 있습니다. 환불은 Apple의 정책 및 관련 법령에 따릅니다.
4. 이용자 콘텐츠
이용자가 작성한 일기·그림·사진 등 콘텐츠의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다. 해당 콘텐츠는 기기 및 이용자 본인의 iCloud에 저장되며, 운영자는 이에 접근하지 않습니다. 콘텐츠의 백업·보관 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
5. 금지 행위
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다: 법령·제3자 권리 침해, 서비스의 정상 운영 방해, 부정한 방법의 결제·구독 이용, 서비스의 무단 변경·복제·배포.
6. 개인정보
개인정보의 수집·이용·삭제에 관한 사항은 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
7. 면책 및 책임 제한
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 운영자는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 서비스의 중단·오류·데이터 손실(동기화 실패 포함)에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 예외로 합니다.
8. 약관의 변경
본 약관은 관련 법령 또는 서비스 내용의 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 앱 내 공지 등을 통해 사전에 안내합니다. 변경 후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 개정 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

본 약관은 대한민국(Republic of Korea)의 법률에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 관련 법령이 정한 절차에 따릅니다.

Terms of Use
1. Purpose and Acceptance
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator and users regarding the use of ENIKKI ("the Service"). By installing and using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. License to Use the Service
The operator grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- The Service offers a premium subscription (monthly/yearly) including ad removal, iCloud sync, and early access to new features.
- All payments are processed through the Apple App Store; prices, free-trial periods, and renewal terms are shown on the purchase screen.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal fee is charged.
- Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Refunds follow Apple's policy and applicable law.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to the content you create (diary entries, drawings, photos). Such content is stored on your device and in your own iCloud; the operator does not access it. You are responsible for backing up and retaining your content.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not: violate laws or third-party rights, interfere with the normal operation of the Service, use payments or subscriptions fraudulently, or modify, copy, or distribute the Service without authorization.
6. Privacy
The collection, use, and deletion of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for service interruptions, errors, or data loss (including sync failures), except for damages caused by the operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
8. Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be revised due to legal changes or service modifications; significant changes will be announced in advance through in-app notices. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of 대한민국(Republic of Korea), and disputes related to the Service are subject to the procedures prescribed by applicable law.

利用規約
1. 目的および同意
本規約は、絵日記（以下「本サービス」）の利用に関する運営者と利用者間の権利・義務および責任事項を定めます。本サービスをインストール・利用することにより、利用者は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
2. サービス利用ライセンス
運営者は利用者に対し、個人的・非商業的目的で本サービスを利用できる譲渡不可の限定的ライセンスを付与します。利用者は本サービスをリバースエンジニアリング・複製・再配布したり、法令に違反する目的で使用することはできません。
3. サブスクリプションおよび決済
- 本サービスは、広告削除、iCloud同期、新機能の優先提供などを含むプレミアムサブスクリプション（月額/年額）を提供します。
- すべての決済はApple App Storeを通じて処理され、料金・無料トライアル期間・更新条件は購入画面に表示されます。
- サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り自動的に更新され、更新料金が請求されます。
- 無料トライアルが提供される場合、トライアル終了前に解約しなければ有料サブスクリプションに移行します。
- サブスクリプションの管理・解約は端末のApp Storeアカウント設定で行えます。返金はAppleのポリシーおよび関連法令に従います。
4. 利用者コンテンツ
利用者が作成した日記・絵・写真などのコンテンツの権利は利用者に帰属します。当該コンテンツは端末および利用者ご自身のiCloudに保存され、運営者はこれにアクセスしません。コンテンツのバックアップ・保管の責任は利用者にあります。
5. 禁止行為
利用者は次の行為を行ってはなりません：法令・第三者の権利の侵害、本サービスの正常な運営の妨害、不正な方法による決済・サブスクリプションの利用、本サービスの無断での変更・複製・配布。
6. 個人情報
個人情報の収集・利用・削除に関する事項はプライバシーポリシーに従います。
7. 免責および責任の制限
本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供され、運営者は関連法令が許容する範囲において、サービスの中断・エラー・データ損失（同期失敗を含む）について責任を負いません。ただし、運営者の故意または重大な過失による損害はこの限りではありません。
8. 規約の変更
本規約は、関連法令またはサービス内容の変更により改定される場合があり、重要な変更はアプリ内通知などで事前にお知らせします。変更後も本サービスを継続して利用する場合、改定後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
9. 準拠法および紛争
本規約は 대한민국(Republic of Korea) の法律に従って解釈され、本サービスの利用に関する紛争は関連法令が定める手続きに従います。
